RESERVATIONS
Reservations for Rainbow Lodge can be made online or over the phone using a Visa or Mastercard for payment of your reservation. Call 1-800-500-3871 or 1-800-666-3871 in Northern California and our helpful staff will be happy to design a winter or summer escape to suit you. If you have time, you are welcome to write and send a check in full payment of your reservation. Inquiries can be made by e-mailing us at reservations@royalgorge.com.
We do get quite busy, especially around the holidays, so we recommend making your reservations a few months in advance. However, if you find some unexpected time on your hands, give us a call as we do welcome last minute reservations if there is space available.
Royal Gorge welcomes groups and is often able to offer discounts at special times so if you'd like to make your trip a family or group affair, please just ask our Reservations Staff for details.
Due to our small size, cancellations affect us significantly and leave us little time to refill the space you have left. Please take note of the refund policies stated under each activity and pursue our suggestion of trip insurance to protect yourself from unplanned events. We do not give refunds in the event of airline cancellations, inclement weather, highway closures, natural disasters or illness, nor do we give refunds on unused portions of packages, including unused meals, ski lessons or trail passes. However, if Royal Gorge is forced to cancel we will allow you to transfer to another time during the season, except where an activity has already begun and change or cancellation is for the safety and well-being of those involved.
CONDITIONS
Winter - Reservations for Rainbow Lodge can be made by calling 1- 800-500-3871 or 1-800-666-3871 in Northern California and using a Visa or Mastercard for the payment or by mailing a check along with your name, address, phone number and date of reservation. Full deposit is required at time of booking to secure the reservation. We are sorry, but we cannot hold reservations before receipt of payment in full for your reservation. In the winter there is a two night minimum on weekends and during high season.
Cancellation Policy Winter - Your entire payment, less a $10 per room cancellation fee, will be refunded happily if cancellation is made AT LEAST 21 DAYS PRIOR TO ARRIVAL. Within 21 days, no refund is possible regardless of the reason for non-arrival or early departure, unless we are able to re-book the room. Then, there would be a full refund less the $10/room cancellation fee. However, you are welcome to send someone else in your place. There are no refunds on unused portions of lodging or skiing packages. If Royal Gorge is closed, full credit of deposit will be transferred for use at another time during the season. NO REFUNDS are given to large groups receiving a discount or for any group of 8 or more people booking together.
